ALICIA KEYS 6th ANNUAL KEEP A CHILD ALIVE BLACK BALL
ALICIA KEYS is busy. With her new album due into the label in just a few days, the Grammy winner still found time to host her 6th Annual Black Ball last night in New York City. The black tie affair helps raise money and awareness for her charity Keep A Child Alive, which helps provide necessary AIDS medicines and awareness in Africa.
Last nights ball – held in the Hammerstein Ballroom – looked to be the biggest yet. With everyone from Halle & Gabriel, to Sir Richard Branson himself – easily the richest guy in the room. And with performances by Keys (alongside John Mayer, Chris Martin and others), Queen Latifah and African artist Youssou N’Dour were sure to make last night a successful one.
Honestly there were too many folks there to name, so just take a second to look through the pics.
LOTS more after the jump…
